Promotion Coordinator

Beasley Media Group Philadelphia is seeking a full-time Promotion Coordinator to support our Promotions and Sales teams for WMMR, WMGK, WXTU, BEN-FM, and WPEN 97.5 The Fanatic.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, organized, and self-motivated professional who is passionate about live events, marketing, audience engagement, and creating memorable experiences for listeners and clients. The Promotion Coordinator will play a key role in planning, executing, and supporting station events, promotions, contests, and community appearances across our Philadelphia brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare all aspects of on-site station promotions and events.
• Represent Beasley Media Group brands professionally at station events, community appearances, and client activations.
• Schedule, manage, and support part-time promotional staff.
• Create signage, promotional displays, and graphic materials for events and marketing initiatives.
• Manage prize fulfillment and winner communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to listeners, clients, and promotional partners.
• Assist Promotion Directors with the planning, execution, and organization of station contests and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain promotional equipment, event materials, and inventory.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives through event activation and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related professional experience or equivalent transferable experience.
• Experience with radio, promotions, event marketing, music, sports, or entertainment brands is a plus.
• Proficiency with graphic design and promotional content creation is preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds of promotional equipment and event materials.
• Ability to operate and drive large station vehicles.
